Day by day

The journey

Day 01

Arrival in Dubai + Airport Pick-up + Dhow Cruise Dinner

Arrive at Dubai International Airport, where a representative will meet you and assist with your transfer to the hotel. Check in (subject to the hotel’s standard check-in time) and relax after your journey. In the evening, enjoy a traditional-style dhow cruise with dinner along Dubai Creek or Dubai Marina, subject to the confirmed booking. Take in illuminated waterfront views and the city skyline while enjoying dinner and onboard entertainment, where included by the operator. Return to the hotel after the cruise.

Day 02

Expo City Dubai + Leisure Time

Explore Expo City Dubai, the legacy destination developed from Expo 2020 Dubai. Depending on the attractions open and the ticket selected, visit areas such as Al Wasl Plaza, the Surreal Water Feature, Garden in the Sky or selected thematic pavilions. The original Expo 2020 event was time-limited; this itinerary refers to the current Expo City destination, not the historic event itself. Spend the evening at leisure, or consider an optional desert safari with dune drive, sunset stop, camp dinner and cultural entertainment. Desert safari is not assumed included unless it is explicitly added to the final package and confirmed.

Day 03

Dubai City Tour + Burj Khalifa

Discover a selection of Dubai’s iconic sights on a guided city tour. Typical photo stops may include Jumeirah Mosque (exterior), Jumeirah Beach / Burj Al Arab viewpoint, Palm Jumeirah viewpoint, Dubai Marina and historic or waterfront districts, depending on the operator’s route and traffic. Exact stops are subject to the confirmed tour plan. Visit At the Top at Burj Khalifa for panoramic views of Dubai from the observation levels included in your ticket. Entry time must be pre-booked and may affect the day’s sequence. After the visit, enjoy time around Downtown Dubai and Dubai Mall at your own pace, then return to the hotel.

Day 04

Abu Dhabi City Tour + Qasr Al Watan

After breakfast, depart for Abu Dhabi for a full-day city excursion. Travel time varies with traffic and the pick-up point, so an early start is recommended. Visit Qasr Al Watan, the UAE Presidential Palace complex, known for its grand halls, architecture and cultural exhibitions. Entry is subject to ticket confirmation, operating hours and any access restrictions. The tour may include photo stops at the Corniche, Emirates Palace exterior and Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, depending on the selected operator and available time. The mosque requires modest clothing; women should bring a headscarf and all visitors should follow current visitor guidance. Return to Dubai in the evening.

Day 05

Breakfast + Hotel Check-out + Airport Transfer

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and transfer to Dubai International Airport according to your flight schedule. Please allow sufficient time for airport procedures and road traffic. Return home with wonderful memories of Dubai and the UAE.

  • International flights and UAE visa/ETA fees.
  • Any attraction tickets, transfers, services or expenses not expressly listed as included.
  • Lunches and dinners except the dinner specifically included with the confirmed dhow cruise.
  • Travel insurance, personal expenses, tips, laundry, drinks and other items not listed under inclusions.
  • Desert safari, quad biking, optional attractions and activities unless explicitly added to the final quotation.
  • Optional activities, upgrades, add-ons, private sightseeing or transport not specifically listed as included.
  • Early check-in, late check-out, hotel deposits and incidental charges.
  • Travel insurance and any expenses arising from flight delays, cancellations or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Any service not specifically mentioned in the final confirmed itinerary.

Important notes

  • Cancellation: A cancellation charge of Rs. 1,500 per person is applicable at any time after the booking is confirmed.
  • Cancellation: No refund if cancellation is received less than 10 days before arrival.
  • Cancellation: 50% cancellation charges will be applicable if cancellation is received between 11 - 20 days before arrival.
  • Cancellation: 25% cancellation charges will be applicable if cancellation is received between 21 - 30 days before arrival.
  • Cancellation: In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled, and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
  • All timings are indicative and may change due to traffic, attraction operating hours, weather, ticket slots or supplier instructions.
  • Burj Khalifa, Expo City Dubai attractions, dhow cruise and Qasr Al Watan entry must be confirmed against the final booking and operating calendar.
  • Abu Dhabi is a separate emirate and requires a full-day excursion from Dubai. Attraction access and the order of visits depend on the operator’s confirmed itinerary.
  • Passport validity, visa/ETA requirements and entry rules should be checked against current official guidance before travel.
  • The final schedule, accommodation, fees and inclusions must be reconfirmed with the local operator before booking.
  • Hotel check-in/check-out is governed by the hotel’s own policy. Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
