At present, customers cannot make direct online payments through the High5 Travels website. The website is used for enquiries and customised travel planning.

Quotations, payment requirements, payment schedules and payment instructions will be communicated to you separately by High5 Travels during the booking process.

Before making any payment, please verify the payment details directly with us using the official contact details on this page. If you receive payment instructions that look unusual, contact us before paying.

An enquiry or quotation does not by itself constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after the required payment has been received and High5 Travels has confirmed the booking to you. Please keep a record of all payments made.

High5 Travels may introduce online payment functionality in the future. If this happens, these Payment Terms and our other website terms will be updated accordingly.
